Job Description
RIB U.S. COST is seeking a Cost Estimator to join their Alpharetta, GA team. The role involves preparing, coordinating, and analyzing estimates for high-value capital improvement projects, supporting sustainability analysis, and performing miscellaneous other duties. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 days remotely.
Requirements
- Develop estimates at multiple phases from early design to construction.
- Analyze and negotiate contractor change orders.
- Support client discussions and formulate estimates.
- Proficient in M365 OFFICE suite and collaboration tools.
- Proficient utilizing automated estimating tools.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong desire to learn or expand on new methods and software.
