Project Controls Manager - Scheduling and Cost Estimating

RIB U.S. COST is seeking a Scheduling and Estimating Controls Manager to manage and oversee cost and schedule for a large Airport Terminal Construction project. The role involves leading a team, resolving issues, and ensuring project controls are accurate and aligned with company standards. Experience with airport construction projects and multiple procurement methods is essential.

Requirements

• Guide and direct resolution of project difficulties.
• Interact with the Project Management team and Owner management team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project controls team members adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Oversees project baseline process.
• Establish and manage project schedule development.
• Mentor and lead project controls team members.
