Patient Care Coordinator

US Fertility is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join their team at Shady Grove Fertility in Arlington, VA. The Patient Care Coordinator will assist with clinical care, provide patient counseling, and establish a compassionate environment.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry
• Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
