Fire Alarm Service Technician

Convergint is looking for a full-time Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their team. The role involves servicing and supporting customers, responding to service calls, and carrying out Customer Support Programs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking, with a passion for providing world-class service.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer focus
• Solid technical skills and/or experience related to fire alarm systems
• Solid programming skills and proven ability to troubleshoot problems
• Must be a self-starter and work well with direct supervision
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
