Fire Alarm Service Technician

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven Fire Alarm Service Technician to join their dynamic team. The role involves servicing and programming fire alarm systems, with a focus on providing world-class service to customers, colleagues, and communities.

Requirements

• Act as "our customer's best service provider" at all times.
• Assist in the testing, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Assist in the servicing of fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programming of Fire Alarm Systems, schematics, and operational/product manuals.
• Execute all work in accordance with local and national codes, general best practices, as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate and work with other team members consistently to improve overall operations of the Convergint Technology Center and company.
• Keep up to date and informed on all company policies.
• Present a professional image of Convergint Technologies at all times in appearance and behavior.
