Job Description
Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and forward-thinking Security Project Scheduler to join our amazing culture.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling methodologies
- Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules
- Understanding of installation sequencing, procurement coordination, and field execution
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and sequencing requirements
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify scheduling conflicts and develop practical recovery plans
- Experience tracking labor productivity, procurement activities, and project milestones
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced project environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and reporting tools
