We are looking for a Sales Enablement Regional Director to join our team in the U.S. North Central region. This role will drive sales excellence across the region, support the Local Vertical Sales Enablement initiative, and align Sales Enablement, Vertical Markets, Service Operations, Marketing, and more in a way that simplifies complexity.

- Proven leadership and ability to drive change, move colleagues to action, develop strategies for growth and competitive advantage, deliver Company mission and value.
- Must be able to operate in a Matrix environment including CDC, Field/CTC Leadership, Account Executives, and a full compliment of Verticalized and Specialized support Programs at Convergint.
- Ability to earn trust, influence others to action, position value of our Program positively and that of the company.
- Ability to operate in matrix environment autonomously while being a team player / coach to colleagues and teammates.
- Ability to leverage Convergint performance data resources, relevant internal Share Point locations, and virtual presentation software.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform while doing so in a change environment.
- Minimum 3 years leading colleagues focused on sales activities, preferably in the security industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
- Must reside in (or relocate to) the U.S. North Central region (IL, WI, MI, MN, IA, ND, SD, NE).
