Requirements
- Install, program, test, repair, and service security systems
- Provide technical support and training to customers
- Refers complex issues to higher level colleagues
- Interprets manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Operates systems to demonstrate equipment and analyze performance
- Writes routine programs for systems
