Solutions Architect Team Lead

Convergint is looking for a Solutions Architect Team Lead to join their Global Design & Estimating Team as a supervisor for Solutions Architects and Estimators. The role requires expertise in complex, large-scale opportunities, and specialized security requirements. The team lead will provide technical leadership, guide the team in developing system designs, and ensure consistency and quality across solution designs and estimates.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, system commissioning, estimating, project management and/or installation for complex and large-scale electronic physical security projects
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems, with a focus on large-scale enterprise, multi-site and complex projects
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments
• Proficiency in advanced estimating tools, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration software
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration
