Product Designer

We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and contribute to simplifying our web + mobile apps and main marketing page, while maintaining consistent, high-quality design and culture.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Product Designer in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to autonomously advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and consistent experience for users
• Craft user-friendly, delightful experiences with high bar for visual polish, information architecture, and cognitive load
• Ability to explain pros and cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning
• Autonomously ship features from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals
