Desktop Support Analyst

We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Mac OS computers, peripherals, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardware and software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical people
• Ability to recognize, analyze and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• 2+ years setup, configuration, troubleshooting of hardware and software (Windows and Mac OS)
• Experience working with O365, SharePoint and Office 2013
• Some knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and related network services (i.e. DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)
• Some knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
• Experience working with laptops – will be supporting at least 700 laptops
• Experience with Avaya or similar
