Assembly Line Lead

The Assembly Line Lead helps oversee the processing activities and manage production assembly lines, assist teams to complete orders and prepare reports.

Requirements

• Responsible for smooth operation of their assigned production line.
• Ensure all workers are in position and prepared for duty.
• Monitor production progress and document and inspect pack-out to ensure quality standards and counts.
• Assist workers when necessary and ensure all members of the team follow company policies and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
