Plant Engineer Manager

The Plant Engineer Manager represents one of two senior staff members reporting directly to the Plant Manager. The primary role is to serve as the technical disciplines leader for the strategic capital investments and guidance and support of the maintenance organization under their reporting structure.

Requirements

• Engineering Degree (BSME / BSEE / BSChE)
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with capital projects and capital budget process
• Good business judgment with ability to calibrate with business objectives
• Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results and meet deadlines
• Solid analytical skills
• People/Leadership
• High level of initiative and ability to drive results
• Change management experience and discipline
