Job Description
Clorox is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer Intern to contribute to the development of ML models and explore innovative ways to leverage data sources for enhanced performance. The role involves conducting exploratory data analysis, designing and prototyping solutions, and collaborating with the ML and Data Engineering team members and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative disciplines
- 1+ years of data science and machine learning coursework / practical experience
- Strong understanding and experience with ML models and ML engineering, advanced statistics, time series forecasting
- Proficient in Python and SQL
- Experience in data management, e.g., wrangling, extraction, normalization
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure, GCP, or AWS) and/or Databricks
- Experience with standard SDLC process and DevOps including version-control (GitHub/SVN) and CI/CD
