Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Automotive, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of equivalent experience
- Familiarity with OE & aftermarket engine, OBD, transmission or vehicle systems calibration, validation, and development
- Knowledge of product development tools including data acquisition, management, and analysis tools
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Ability to see the 'big picture' and understand how individual tasks interconnect and impact other parts of the testing process
