Medical Receptionist

USA Clinics Group is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide exceptional patient service, maintain efficient workflow, and support physicians in medical procedures. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have 1+ year of receptionist experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• Greet patients and escort them to the examination rooms
• Schedule appointments and accommodate patient appointment needs
• Comply with patient needs at all times and ensure all questions are answered
• Maintain procedure rooms by ensuring they are neat and ready for use
• Prepare patients before procedures and clean up after
• Ensure patient receipt of post-procedure instructions and how to obtain medication if needed
• Monitor supply levels and replace inventory
• Perform additional duties as assigned
