The position requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance, supervisory experience, and valid driver's license.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably with apartment maintenance
- Supervisory experience in maintenance (preferably in an apartment community setting)
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
