Capital Project Manager Senior

As a Capital Project Manager Senior, you will lead and coordinate construction projects, including renovations, remodels, and infrastructure projects, for USAA's facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring quality project outcomes, providing input on design standards, and overseeing a portfolio of projects concurrently.

Requirements

• 6 years of program or project management experience in a design, construction, or equivalent capacity
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes
• Experience in Real Estate/Facilities Management/Architectural Design/Construction Management
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Knowledge of building compliance and safety regulations
