Experienced Retirement Income Advisor (Sign-On Bonus)

USAA seeks an Experienced Retirement Income Advisor to ensure financial security of its membership through assessing member needs, providing advice, and making recommendations. The role involves developing retirement income strategies, providing advanced planning advice, and motivating members to take action on recommendations. USAA offers a flexible work environment, a signing bonus of $2,500, and comprehensive benefits, including a 401(k) plan, pension, life insurance, and paid time off. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, Active Group 1 Life & Health license, FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, and 4 years of financial industry and/or sales experience. Experience working in an inbound/outbound call center, direct annuity sales experience, and US military experience are also desired.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
• Active Group 1 Life & Health license and required maintenance
• FINRA Series 7 license
• FINRA Series 66 (or 63 and 65) license
• 4 years of financial industry and/or sales experience
• US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner (desired)
• 3+ years of direct Annuity Sales Experience (desired)
• Experience working in an Inbound/Outbound Call Center (desired)
• Retirement Income Certified Professional Designation (RICP) (desired)
