Property Adjuster Specialist - Field

As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist at USAA, you will work within established guidelines to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims. You will use technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling, and travel to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory.

Requirements

• Proactively manage assigned claims caseload
• Partner with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate complex claims resolution
• Investigate claim damages by conducting research from various sources
• Identify coverage concerns and review prior loss history
• Determine and negotiate complex claims settlement within authority limits
