Strategy Director (P&C Insurance)

At USAA, we're seeking a Strategy Director to lead and influence our organization's growth, develop strategic plans, and communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders. This role requires 8 years of strategy consulting, corporate or business unit strategy or relevant work experience. Key skills include critical thinking, project management, and influencing business decisions. Military veterans are encouraged to apply, and experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Develop long-term vision and direction for the organization's future growth and success
• Communicate and align strategy with senior management, employees, and other stakeholders
• Lead internal consulting projects to identify strategic opportunities and issues
• Monitor and assess external trends and competitive research to identify potential strategic opportunities and threats
• Monitor and report on progress of strategic initiatives and adjust the strategy as needed
