Packager

Packager position at USAntibiotics, responsible for packaging oral antibiotics, including supplying packaging lines with components, managing fill levels, and documentation. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, ability to read and comprehend specifications, and manual dexterity.

Requirements

• Transfer Packaging components, bulk tablets/capsules, and oral suspensions to packaging lines.
• Maintain the filling levels of bottle and cap hoppers on packaging lines.
• Document finished product skids on batch record and transfer to designated area in warehouse.
• Perform various hand assembly operations including boxing, cartoning, and inserting.
• Perform visual inspection of materials, products, and containers throughout the packaging process.
• Discard broken, damaged, or otherwise defective materials and/or products.
• Perform line cleanups following completion of batch.
• Participate in team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement projects.
