Job Description
We're looking for a product-focused full-stack engineer to help design, build, and scale new features that directly impact customer growth and success.
Requirements
- Develop and ship new product features across frontend and backend (Rails + React)
- Collaborate with product and design to shape user experiences and make scope tradeoffs
- Instrument user behavior and iterate quickly based on analytics and customer feedback
- Partner with growth and business teams to improve activation, retention, and conversion
- Balance technical execution with product priorities to deliver results efficiently
- Maintain clean, scalable code and contribute to technical decision-making
