Usercentrics is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across the global GTM organization, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnership teams. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience, 5+ years of scaling revenue operations for a high-growth B2B Saas company, and a proven track record of working closely with C-level GTM executives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of leadership experience in leading, managing and fostering the professional development of a high-performing team in the tech / software environment
- 5+ years experience in scaling revenue operations for a high-growth B2B Saas company, ideally with β¬50M+ ARR
- 3+ years experience working closely with and advising C-level GTM executives, including the CEO, CCO and CMO
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking mindset
- Deep understanding of B2B Saas Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Partnership workflows
- Expertise in CRM systems, modern GTM tools and partner management tools
- Experience in building and deploying AI-powered and AI-native used cases in production systems
- Strong program management skills with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
