Director of Products

We're looking for a visionary Director of Products to join us and lead the charge in defining the future of casual gaming! This is a full-time, remote position for a seasoned leader ready to take the helm of our product strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry, with significant time spent in a leadership role.
• Deep Genre Expertise: A proven track record of success in casual games, with specific mastery of arcade, puzzle, and trivia mechanics.
• Big IP Experience: Demonstrated experience working with major licensors or iconic entertainment brands is highly desirable.
• LiveOps Mastery: Extensive understanding of LiveOps strategies, economy design, and monetization in free-to-play ecosystems.
• Analytical Mindset: Expert proficiency in analyzing data and KPIs to make informed product decisions.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for Games: A genuine love for the casual market and a pulse on what makes a game fun and addictive.
• Fluent in English.
