Zynga is looking for a Director of Product to lead the development of social games, drive strategy, and provide oversight to multiple global teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management, excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills, and a passion for games.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in product management in consumer products
- Experience in consumer mobile or game development experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to build wire-frames, product specifications and white papers
- Experience with managing dynamic applications and multivariate testing
- Able to lead, motivate, and develop a team, including those who do not directly report to you
- Exceptional data analysis and problem solving skills. SQL querying abilities is a strong plus
- Strong project management skills and the ability to present work to the executive team
- A passion for games, creating fun and compelling user experiences
- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals, and give insight on industry and competitor trends
- Consumer mobile or game development experience
- Experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects with central teams
