Lead QA Engineer

We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer to join our fast-paced Live Operations team for a large international publisher. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will lead a team of QA engineers, develop and implement testing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage team resources to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development of team members.
• Play and test games in various stages of development to identify and document bugs, glitches, and other issues.
• Report bugs and issues in a clear, concise, and detailed manner.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on game requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, and a Project manager to understand game features and mechanics.
• Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
• Keep a close eye on store reviews and highlight the important ones to the management.
• Test all design analytics.
• Participate in QA team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
