Senior Game Designer - Mobile Games (Systems, UX & LiveOps)

We’re building a high-speed, AI-assisted game production team focused on developing and scaling mobile games globally. You’ll be part of a team building a new way of developing and scaling games — combining strong design thinking with AI-driven production.

Requirements

• Designed and shipped mobile games from inception → launch → live-ops (casual or hybrid casual)
• Strong executional understanding of UX, game systems, and player retention
• Experience working on features, progression systems, and LiveOps
• Ability to think across the full product, not just one area
• Ability to effectively deep-dive and deconstruct games to derive learnings and apply them to solve problems
• Ability to work with data and adapt designs based on insights
• Ability to move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait for direction
• Execution-focused — you ship, iterate, and improve
