IT Business Analyst

Role Overview

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and processes. Design and propose solutions that meet business needs while ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.

What You Will Do

Elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements through collaboration with internal and external customers. Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and other documentation to support project development and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of in-depth business experience, with the bulk of that experience serving a business/IT liaison role
• Experience in business analysis and providing business solutions
• Basic knowledge of systems development cycles, methodologies, and workflow diagramming
• Knowledge of business and technical environments
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
