Job description
The Business Analyst plays a key role in driving cross-functional initiatives and special projects to support the success of the IT department. This role collaborates with teams across the organization to execute initiatives, standardize processes, and improve efficiencies, while supporting the development of project and portfolio best practices.
Oversee the delivery, servicing, and ongoing support of Legal and HR technology solutions, monitor and coordinate the investigation and resolution of system incidents, collaborate with internal IT teams, and develop and execute test scripts.
This role requires an entrepreneurial, adaptable mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration to navigate ambiguous work, deliver results, and enhance overall IT planning and operations.
