Job Description
Our customer NXP Semiconductors N.V. is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to join their Business Line RF Small Signal in Nijmegen, Netherlands. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Physics or Electronics, with in-depth knowledge of IC technology and quality tools.
Requirements
- University degree in Physics or Electronics
- In-depth knowledge of IC technology and quality tools
- Expert knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, PDCA, DOE, 8D, 6σ etc)
- Analytical thinker, problem solver
- Good organizational skills, project leader skills, and high level of independence
- Creative and taking initiative
- High drive, result-oriented, and teamworker
- Strong in communication, interaction, presentation, and reporting
- Flexible in working off-office hours
