Job Description
We are looking for a Software Configuration Management System Architect to join our team at ASML in Veldhoven, Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the short/mid/long term roadmap, participating as lead architect in projects, and defining improvement proposals. The job requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, a thorough understanding of software development environments, configuration and build management, and Unix/Linux hardware infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding and practical experience with software development environments, configuration and build management, and Unix/Linux hardware infrastructure
- Knowledge of ClearCase is a pre.
- Preferably hands on experience as a software developer or software configuration manager
- Shows initiative and problem solving attitude
- Pragmatic, practical, flexible and committed to quality
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language
- At least Bachelor level degree in IT or Software engineering
