Job Description
As an Associate Producer/Broker at USG, you will work with an existing production team for mentorship and training, developing your own book of business for your own production team when eligible. You will have the opportunity to work with targeted carriers, retail insurance agents, and develop a book of business.
Requirements
- Maintain underwriting files
- Understand and be knowledgeable of markets and underwriting guidelines
- Solicit new business through various sales and marketing techniques
- Train and mentor under a successful Producer/Broker
- Assess new business submissions and negotiate terms
- Coordinate and handle administrative workflows
