Job Description
USG is seeking a Production Underwriter/Broker to engage with independent Property and Casualty Retail Agents, soliciting, underwriting, marketing, and securing coverage for excess and surplus lines marketplace. The role involves developing strong relationships with agents, analyzing coverage needs, and delivering competitive solutions.
Requirements
- 3 years of wholesale broker/MGA or carrier experience, excess & surplus lines preferred
- P&C License required, E&S License preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance
- Microsoft Suite and other Windows based software applications proficiency
