This position coordinates and oversees various admissions and outreach activities, providing support to committee members, pre-medical students, and medical student ambassadors under the Office of Admissions & Outreach of the Undergraduate Medical Education office (UME).
Requirements
- Five (5) years related experience is required
- Manage administrative logistics for various admission initiatives
- Coordinate recruitment and training for interviews and admission events
- Maintain various departmental databases for the admission's committee, applicant data, and outreach
- Ensure compliance with accrediting bodies (LCME)
