The Research Coordinator-Senior is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising complex administrative and fiscal functions of a research unit. The position involves leading lower level team members, coordinating research protocols, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in grant administration, research coordination, data collection, and/or facilitating the patient experience in research projects
- Ability to lead and mentor lower level team members
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple research protocols and grant submissions
