HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

UT Southwestern is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician I to join their HVAC Utilities Operations team. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance on various buildings, systems, and equipment, and pro-actively maintain all aspects of assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years skilled or journeyman level experience
• 1 year experience in a skilled maintenance trade
