WIC Health Technician - Part Time - No Benefits

The Utah County Health Department seeks to prevent avoidable disease and injury and promote health by monitoring the health of the community and assuring conditions in which people can be healthy. The position will be for 8-20 hours per week and does not have benefits.

Requirements

• Make appointments for clients and document required actions
• Participate in initial client screening to assess program eligibility
• Measure and document height, weight, and head circumference of clients
• Use strict infection control techniques
• Perform first aid and CPR as required
• Clean and sanitize areas of the clinic
• Perform data input relating to office functions
• Receive and screen office visitors and telephone calls
