Events & Marketing Lead

Utilidata is a fast-growing NVIDIA-backed AI company looking for an Events & Marketing Lead to execute our event strategy for industry and customer events, showcasing the expertise of our team and demonstrating the capabilities of Karman. The role will involve managing event logistics, coordinating sponsorships and speaker opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience managing corporate event strategy for conferences, trade shows, or other large-scale events
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage sponsorships, exhibitor packages, and speaker opportunities
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, budget tracking, identifying marketing collateral needs, and preparing staff, including senior leaders
• Ability to work cross-functionally to align event strategy with business objectives
