Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a PRN CT Tech to assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using CT equipment. The role involves patient safety, workflow optimization, and adherence to safety regulations. The team emphasizes patient satisfaction and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-Year/Associate's Degree preferred
- ARRT-approved Radiography Program graduate
- 1 year of CT experience preferred
- 1-year of experience in CT preferred
- CT certification/registration by ARRT within 12 months of hire
- Analytical ability
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to adapt to procedures
- Attention to detail
- Prepares patient for procedures
- Operates CT equipment
