Requirements

• Maintains and stocks assigned supply locations
• Processes departmental requisitions electronically
• Receives, processes returns, and maintains par levels
• Replenishments code carts
• Maintains supply database to reflect items additions/deletions and par level adjustments
• Ensures organization and cleanliness within inventory supply rooms
• Maintains all required competencies
• Performs other Materials Management functions as requested by the Supervisor
• Maintains annual safety and infection control in-services in addition to educational hours to meet requirements
