MRI Tech

UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking an MRI technologist to work with the radiologist and fellow staff members to prepare patients and operate magnetic resonance equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited school for Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• 2 years of healthcare experience
• ARRT or ARMRIT Registered in MRI, or eligible
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communications
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
• Ability to multitask and proficient in MRI safety
