Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Radiology Technologist to assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. This role involves preparing patients, operating x-ray equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to patient care and improve the patient experience within a collaborative team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.
- 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
- ARRT or registry eligible required.
- ARRT certification exam in Radiology within 90 days of start date (applicable state license).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
