Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse Extender to provide patient support and collaborative care. The RN will develop and implement individualized care plans, analyze patient needs, and ensure appropriate medical interventions and patient advocacy. This role focuses on optimizing health outcomes and ensuring a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state
- CPI certification within three months of hire for Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, and CSSO
- Administrative skills
- Basic computer knowledge
