Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Surgical Services-Endoscopy team as a PRN provider. The role focuses on establishing patient relationships, collaborating with medical professionals, and providing individualized care through established evidence-based practices. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Current RN licensure in applicable state required.
- CPI certification within three months of hire (Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, CSSO).
- Successful completion of a Board approved refresher course for RN nursing license (if applicable).
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills, ability to assume charge, and ability to multitask and prioritize quickly.
- Ability to administer medication using the five rights.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
