Job Description
UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care in a busy, fast-paced setting. The RN will work as a leader of the healthcare team, collaborating with physicians and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include patient advocacy, care coordination, and documentation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure in applicable state
- CPI certification (Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, CSSO)
- Ability to perform basic nursing skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly
- Ability to administer medication safely
