Residential Specialized Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a Specialized Direct Support Professional to join our Moretown Team in the Waterbury area. Provide personalized supports that may include emotional regulation, positive behavior supports, public safety, personal care, and support to engage in home, recreational, and community activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; crisis experience a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to work Sunday and Monday
