Work as a part-time Associate Chaplain, providing spiritual care services to patients and families, and communicating their spiritual needs to the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- 2 years caregiving work experience
- Endorsement or appropriate recognition of ministry by the governing body of the Associate Chaplain's denomination/faith group
- Preferred: Master of Divinity degree or Master’s level theological degree from a school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) in a hospital setting, 2 years of hospital experience, Associate Certified or Board Certified Chaplain by a recognized national body
