Job Description
We are seeking a Chaplain to join our team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL. The Chaplain will provide spiritual support and care to patients, families, and staff. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Theology or a related field and completed Clinical Pastoral Education. Experience in Labor and Delivery, Mother Baby, and Women's Services is preferred.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Religious Studies, Pastoral Counseling, or a related field of ministry from a school accredited by a member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- Completed at least one unit of Clinical Pastoral Education
- Licensed or ordained chaplain, and in good standing with their faith tradition
