Job Description
UW Health is seeking an Inpatient RN to join their Operating Room team in Rockford, IL. The position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and growth. Shift schedules include a mix of 2-12 hour shifts, weekend, and evening shifts.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Specialty certification in area of concentration (preferred).
- Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-annual CPR certification.
- CPI within 6 months of hire.
